How the team of eTerroirs.com prepares your order ?


1. Preparation
Your order is prepared as soon as we receive your payment, that means immediatly if you pay your order with your banking card or when we receive your check in euros if you pay by check (only french customer).

2. Packaging and wrapping
Your order is carefully packed with high quality packing materials that will protect the items you have ordered.

3. Shipping costs and delays


Within France


eTerroirs.com proposes you the delivery of your order within 4 open days for every order received before 11.30 AM from Monday to Friday. (order within metropolitan France only).
We will send you your order with service Colissimo from La Poste.
On request, we can send you your parcel number.
On eTerroirs.com, a single flat rate : 8.00 EUR
 

Within Europe and Switzerland (execpt Dom and Worldwilde)

You will be delivered within 7 open days for every order received from Monday to Friday before 11.30 AM.
We will send you your order with service Colissimo from La Poste.

Shipping costs are computed according to the weight of your order and to shipping address.

 



ANNEX:

The transaction and the payment are protected. The orders will have to be validated by the made safe purchase order, and to be accompanied by your payment (cheque or bank card for France or bank card for the foreigner).   

PRICE:
Our tariff is established of the 01/06/2006 to the 31/05/2008.
Suitable tariff for modifications before the expiration date.  All the prices of the catalogue are in Euros including all taxes.

In the event of damage, please note your reserves on the documents of the conveyor or refuse the delivery, and us to warn about it by mail. 

This procedure is obligatory so that the ordered article is exchanged to you or refunded.   

- We ensure the goods until the place of delivery but let us not can nevertheless be made responsible for an impossibility of delivery independent of our will (absence, error of the wording in address etc…), thus take care of the exactitude of the addresses of delivery. 

Any inaccuracy involves an important delay and an additional cost which will be reflected to you.  Any delay due to cases of absolute necessity (strikes of the Colissimo service of the Post office, bad weather.), will not engage the responsibility for eTerroirs.com.
