We have added tips on how to use our products to help you make your choices.
 
We also explain the different quality labels such as Médailles d'or aux concours agricoles (Gold medals from agricultural shows) and mention the products which have received the organic culture AB label.
 
Our Web site also gives real time information on the availability of our products. While ordering, you will find out if the chosen product is available or not. As several of our products are coming from very small producers, we might be out of stock. In that case, we will inform you immediately and notify you when the products are back in stock and give you the expected delivery time.
 
Origin, quality, know-how…
Since taking over the shop and the restaurant Terroirs in 2005, Tom Graisse has established strong bonds with local producers, most of them small craftsmen, who supply the different produces sold there. Uzès being known for its variety of "terroirs" (local produce), Tom Graisse has put together a fine selection of "essential" products like olive oils but also of unusual ones like truffle apéritif, rose hip or black olive jam, all products that will convince you by their gustatory qualities and their originality.
 
Before being added to our list, all our products have been tasted and approved by our tasting committee and most of them are on sale in our shop in Uzès.
 
All these products comply with the latest security and hygiene standards. They are prepared with raw materials of highest quality. The use of artificial preservatives, colours or stabilisers is systematically mentioned on the product sheet.
 
A selection having received numerous quality labels
 
Our products have received numerous quality labels, either official labels or prizes in local or national agricultural shows. These logos and many others distinctions (i.e. medals from agricultural shows, AOC appellations, etc.) are mentioned on the product sheets.
 
Examples of quality labels:

AB stands for "produits de l'Agriculture Biologique" (produced by organic culture).
AOC stands for "Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (appellation of origin & quality standards).
Concours Général Agricole is an agricultural show which is organised every year by the Ministry of Agriculture for distinguishing the best produces in each category.
 
Agricultural shows, which are held at the regional level by professional organisations and consular chambers, reward the best producers of local produce, i.e. Gard Gourmand.
