Artisanal production from fig juice. Flavoured wine-based beverage.

Ingredients: wine 76%, soaked fig 15%, spirit and water 9%.

Producer: Philippe Aurian, produce of France

Serve this aperitif very cold. Superb with foie gras, goat's cheese and summer fruit desserts. Serve chilled.
