Superior category oil obtained directly from olives by mechanical extraction only.


Producer: Château Montfrin, produce of France.


This oil is made from the Arbequine (50%) and Arboussane (50%) olive varieties. It has a green fruité with hints of artichoke and a taste of cut grass. The finish is quite powerful with a note of yellow plum.
