Nîmes olive oil was the first oil to be granted AOC status in the Languedoc. For as long as man can remember, olive trees have been exploited in the two departments that make up the AOC: the Gard and the Hérault.  The oil produced is particular to the area and its original taste will enhance your salads and your cooked or uncooked dishes. Superior category oil obtained directly from olives by mechanical extraction only. This oil is made from the Picholine (70%) and the Négrette (30%) olive varieties.
