Black Provençal tapenade is fantastic to enliven your cooking. We suggest you try it with roast veal and tomato. You can also use it to flavour pasta and vegetable dishes. Serve it on Provençal crackers as an aperitif snack. This recipe from the terroir of Provence won a gold medal at the Gard Gourmand contest in 2004 and 2006.
