Tapenade is a terroir recipe from the south of France. It is made principally from ground olives, anchovies and - as the name suggests - “tapeno” (capers). It can be eaten on canapés, spread on bread or quite simply tasted as a dip for vegetables sticks. We recommend green tapenade with pistou spread on Provençal crackers.
