Fruity, freshness for gastronomic wines.

The Grenache Blanc is completed by the Roussane. This wine marries fruitiness with freshness and has a good length full of flavour. There are detectable notes of citrus (lemony), exotic fruit and white flowers. Accompanies white meats (in particular veal) and cheese (Cantal, goat's cheese with honey).
