This wine is made from the Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%) grape varieties. It has notes of red fruit (blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blackberry), prunes, spices, pepper, cinnamon, violet, coffee, tobacco, liquorice, musk, venison, forest floor and truffle with a pleasant expression on the palate. The nose is very pure, warm, lively and fruity. Well-balanced, there is an overall harmony between fruitiness and character, strong tannins. A very pleasant wine.

Serve this wine at 12° C with cooked meats, osso-buco, spicy dishes and medium-strength cheeses.
