Made by a master artisan.

Ingredients: black olives (stoned black olives, rapeseed oil, salt, flavouring), extra virgin olive oil, dried tomatoes (sun-dried tomatoes, preservative: sulphur dioxide, salt) 10%, water, capers (capers, water, vinegar, salt), garlic, grain mustard (alcohol vinegar: 10°, grain mustard, water, salt, acidifier: citric acid, spices, preservative: E224, celery), lemon juice, spices, of which basil 0.5%.

Producer: L'épicurien, produce of France.

Dried tomato and basil tapenade can be served on toast as an aperitif snack. It is also ideal as a stuffing for grilled fish or to baste meat. Add this regional speciality of Provençal gastronomy to white meats at the end of cooking time - we recommend rabbit with dried tomato and basil tapenade.
