Made by a master craftsman.

Ingredients: figs 47%, onions, apples, cane sugar, white wine, cider vinegar (cider vinegar, preservative: sodium bisulphate), sultanas (sultanas, masking agent: hydrogenated vegetable oil, preservative: sulphur anhydride), Xérès vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, spices 0.3%, garlic, colouring: caramel, salt.

Producer: L'épicurien, produce of France.

Accompanies foie gras, curries, pork, some fish, or rice-based dishes. The mix of spices in the recipe will delight enthusiasts of oriental cuisine.
