The fragrance of the terroir and the subtle flavours of an exceptional fruit characterise this original product.
This mustard is preferred by the great chefs, who care about the quality of the produce they use. Fig mustard offers a blend of sweet and sour that goes marvellously with Provençal dishes.

Ingredients : water, seeds of mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar, truffles of Périgord : 1,2%, preserving : sodium bisulfite.
